THÉ OU CAFÉ : NANA MOUSKOURI
    (Pres.: Catherine Ceylac)
    Interview
Report - excerpts from clips : "À force de prier" (EUROVISION, 1963), "C’est bon la vie" (1967), "Addio", "Amazing Grace" (CHAMPS-ÉLYSÉES, 1984), "Aspri mera" (1972), "La Méditerranée" (1995) and "Comme un soleil" (DISCORAMA, 1971).

Her parents taught her that she had to follow a certain path. Peace, Love and Liberty are the themes that followed her all her life. Songs don’t change the world but she thinks that it can always be possible. She has the reputation of being a wise and demure lady. That is what she aspires to be but inside she is tormented. She can get angry when it has to do with the perfection of her work.
Report - Béatrice Faquet, colleague, explains how she became a fan.
There are many countries which Nana identifies with for having learned their language and uniting her roots and her culture with theirs. Her faith in life is always the same. Maybe is it that which helped her not to change?
Report - Nana goes to her dressmaker Mime’s home, and meets her friend Jean-Claude Brialy who wrote two songs for her new album.
(sound excerpts from "Fille du soleil" and "Je chante avec toi liberté")

Even if Nana knows her trade of singer well, she is still afraid not being adequate. Nana exposes her private life very little because she believes there are things one should keep for one’s self. In spite of her mandate of five years at the European Parliament, she hasn’t changed her opinion about politicians.
Report - The deputy Christiane Taubira pays tribute to Nana for her contribution at the European Parliamant.
In Nana’s opinion, Turkey is not ready to integrate into the European Union.
Report - Known and unknown choir members sing "L’enfant au tambour".
Nana has a lot of money and knows how to use it appropriately. When she can help, she does. Religion is important and we have to respect each one.
Report - The pastor Pierre Alméas has formed a gospel chorus.
Music has no color or nationality. The important thing is to feel the content of the songs.
    Nana sings "Où es-tu passé?".
