On October 5, 2024, the Greek pianist and composer Mimis Plessas passed away at the age of 99. He often accompanied Nana during her early radio performances. In all, she recorded 16 of his songs, most of them at the beginning. The best known, "To parathiri", was released in 1966.

During her long international career, they worked together little. But Mimis has always been important to her. It was a friend who allowed her to take her first steps in the Song. In 2019, they met again on the stage of the Odeon of Herodes Atticus during a show organized in his honor.
